Steps to Submit Music Videos

If you have already gotten in touch with our A&R professionals, or just want to submit your content to be considered for inclusion, follow the steps listed below. They are a bit hefty, but enable us to maximize your promotion.

	Gather Basic Information We require a bit of information in order to post a video to our website. Here is what we need. - Your Contact Information - A signed statement saying you are authorized to permit us to broadcast and promote your video(s) and other musical works. - A Bio of your band - A Photo of your band in large JPG format (Clean Looking Image please...) - Information about each video your sending us. (Where it was shot, date of production, producer(s), Studio(s), etc.)
	Prepare Your Video(s) Make sure your videos are in MPG format and burned to DVD or CD Media. The MPG should be at a 640x480 minimum size, with no real compression artifacts. It should look, if not be DVD quality. We can accept HD quality as well. You can also burn them as a Video DVD Disc or Encode your videos in WMV. If your videos are being sent to us prior to the public broadcast date, please provide us with the date you want the video to become available. In short, make sure they are the HIGHEST quality possible. If they are not, we may not be able to encode them, or broadcast them. PAL and NTSC accepted.
	Prepare for Mailing Grab a well padded evelope or a small box that contains a good amount of padding. You want to make sure everything comes to us safely the first time. Mail it to: Contiga Broadcasting Corporation C/o Globe Shocker A&R P.O. Box 536727 Orlando, FL 32853-6727
	Mail Your Package Send it through your favorite service. Please note, that most express companies will not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure you select a carrier who will. Within the United States, we recommend the U.S.P.S.
	Let Us Know Now that you have done all the other steps, the last step is to contact us, and let us know that you are sending us videos. Please put the subject line as: GS Video Submission. Let us know the Carrier, Tracking Number, ETA and what the contents are (Number of Pages, Disc's, etc.). We will let you know when we receive it. If we do not within 72 hours of the ETA you provided us, we will let you know.
